Dolphin Strut Yoga Pose


Need to strengthen your SHOULDERS? Here’s a great variation to a basic Forrest Yoga Pose that helped me rehab my shoulders after years of boxing and MMA. When I started Dolphin in 2003, I couldn’t get hands apart or elbows down without pain…now it’s my FAVORITE pose for working with HEALING injured shoulders, neck & upper back. ENJOY! Great review of basic Dolphin pose with an uplevel to delve deeper into opening shoulders and your chest. Excellent for honing balance before standing poses.
