Virabhadrasana I


There are two commons compensations which often occurs during the practice of Virabhadrasana I: The increase of lumbar curve and the back knee bending. The props as used here puts in evidence these problems, helping the practitioner correct them.

Simple Shoulder Stretch Using a D Ring Yoga Strap


A quick “how to” for D Ring yoga straps and a Shoulder Stretch using the strap to open up the front of the torso and your range of motion in the arms. This is a great stretch if you sit at a desk all day. Demonstrated by Jennifer Coan. Jennifer has been practicing yoga since 1995 and teaching since the 2000. Using props in your yoga practice can keep you more mindful and present in your poses.
