Solution for sweaty hands and feet during yoga?

I am new to yoga so my muscles aren’t very strong in holding the positions. My hands and feet sweat and I slide when trying to do downward dog and warrior positions. Is there anything I can do/use to prevent me from sliding around on my mat?
I tried a towel but it still slid against the mat, almost worse than my hands alone.

Bikram Yoga Poses

www.learnhowtodoyoga.com Besides the Bikram yoga mat, there are only a few things that are needed for an individual to get the most out of the Bikram yoga poses. Despite needing a certain amount of padding, a Bikram yoga mat should not be too thick either, since other Bikram yoga poses are balancing poses which a mat that is too squishy can cause the individual to lose his or her balance.

How can i achieve a high front flip???????????????????

Ok so me and a group of people are doing a gymnastics thing infront of alot of people. So my first question is how can you get yourself not to be so nervous.

Before I ask my next question I want to exsplain how the tramp is.

There is a line of mats across the room (like yoga mats) and you run across those. Then there is a small trampoline like this http://images.ask.com/fr?q=gym+trampolines&desturi=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.theamericangym.com%2Fgymnastics.htm&fm=i&ac=1&ftURI=http%3A%2F%2Fimages.ask.com%2Ffr%3Fq%3Dgym%2Btrampolines%26desturi%3Dhttp%253A%252F%252Fwww.theamericangym.com%252Fgymnastics.htm%26imagesrc%3Dhttp%253A%252F%252Fwww.theamericangym.com%252Fprodimages%252Ftramps_b.jpg%26thumbsrc%3Dhttp%253A%252F%252F65.214.37.88%252Fts%253Ft%253D7129334324239797914%26o%3D0%26l%3Ddir%26thumbuselocalisedstatic%3Dfalse%26fn%3Dtramps_b.jpg%26imagewidth%3D80%26imageheight%3D80%26fs%3D3%26ft%3Djpg%26f%3D2%26fm%3Di%26ftbURI%3Dhttp%253A%252F%252Fimages.ask.com%252Fpictures%253Fq%253Dgym%252B
Behind the trampoline is a big blue mat that is really soft to land on.

And before i forget the trampolines black thing that you bounce on is a little bit bigger then that!!!!!

Thanks every one sorry if it was confusing or if i spelled alot of things wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
