What to do with fur coat?

As a vegetarian, I’m displeased that I had inherited a mink coat from my grandmother. I do use leather bags and shoes but when it comes to fur, wearing it and having a vegetarian diet is almost equivalent to practicing yoga and smoking.

Animal cruelty issues aside, this mink in my opinion only looks good on a woman who is rich, dripping with diamonds and has a tall frame (my grandmother was elegantly tall). On my petite frame, it just comes off as ostentatious and vulgar – it’s as if I’m trying too hard to be classy.

What do I do with it? I know this deep mahogany mink could be easily resold (it’s vintage yet well-maintained) just so I could forget that I had owned fur. The reason why she willed it to me and not to my youngest aunt who wears a lot of fur and exotic leathers is just a mystery. Perhaps I should just give the coat to my aunt?

Is this too much or not enough to ask for Christmas?

I know it’s early, but I like to plan ahead. We are not rich, but my parents work hard, and we have enough money to put me and my brother through Catholic school. I put together a list of things I would like for christmas, with the price. In your opinion, is this too much? Or can I ask for a little more?

$7 for good, waterproof mascara

$5 for a 32 palette eye shadow

$6 for a small makeup bag

$3 for a mechanical pencil eyeliner

$13 for a thing of twelve stud earrings

$10 for some Bath and Body Works hand cream

$11 for a five piece brush set

$8 for a decent sized, quality thing of body spray

$21 for a new, good quality flat iron

$18 for some yoga pants

$60 for a new digital camera

Is there anything specific that I should take off? Please don’t tell me I could get a better deal on any of this stuff, I did tons of research and picked a great compromise of quality and price. Most of this isn’t a splurge at all, so do you think it’s okay?

Is it okay to…. while exercising?

Hi all. Is it okay to wrap clean plastics bags on thighs and waist while doing exercise? I do yoga and pilates. I do find that I sweat 2 times more than without the plastic bags.
Serious answers only. Please, and thank you! :D
