Pilates Ball Whole Body Challenge #15 Five Foot Fitness

I try not to use too many pieces of equipment in my workouts because most people don’t want to purchase items to workout with – however! The Pilates/Stability/Swiss ball is a whole gym in one ball! And it can double as a computer desk chair to engage your core and help with posture – amazing I KNOW!? Thank you Amy for requesting this video! I hope to do many more of the Pilates Ball challenges so we can dive into some the awesome benefits of this ‘machine’ :) Songs: Use Somebody – Pixie Lott Sway – Julie London Other Ways – Trevor Hall

Karna Fitness: Pilates Ball Sit Up

Engage more core muscles by incorporating a Pilates ball into your sit up. Place the ball between your knees, squeezing it firmly each time you curl up into your sit up. Release the pressure on the ball, without dropping it, as you lower your head and shoulders. Egage your transverse by exhaling as you curl up and draw your navel toward your spine. Repeat for 10-20 repetitions.
