Is my pouch natural? How can I get rid of it?

I have a pouch. Not a very big one, but just enough to make me self conscious. The thing is, I exercise! Abdominal toning, cardio, yoga, etc. Alas, every time I look in the mirror, it’s still there! Is my pouch just natural, or is there a way to get rid of it?

Can my height increase after 16 using natural ways?

Hi!!! I am 16 years old, and my height stopped increasing about a year ago. I am ONLY 5’1″, shortest one in my family and friend circle. I want to be at least 5’4″. Since summer vacations are going on, I have joined swimming pool for 2 months. I am a regular exerciser of yoga, and cycle for about 2 kms. per day(sometimes more, since I use only bicycle for going anywhere). I am really desperate to increase my height. Please provide suggestions…

why don’t i get that natural high feeling anymore from exercise?

i used to always get an increased feeling of well-being, happiness, just an overall feeling that everything was awesome mentally and physically during and/or after working out. i run, i do yoga, i weight train, i do kickboxing/step classes etc. but i never get that feeling anymore, and oddly enough sometimes i feel depressed:/ or even angry during but more so after my workout. there have even been times that i would start crying. does anyone know what the deal is?
