I really want to go to Georgetown University, what should i do to prepare?

This year, I’m starting high school, and I’ve started thinking about what college I want to go to.
My top choice is georgetown for many reasons but most being of their great med program and distance from my home. I wanna know what I should do, grades wise, sat/act, classes, clubs, sports, and volunteer hours to get into Georgetown. I know its a very prestigious college so I’m willing to work hard in high school. So far I consider myself a good student, I had a 4.0 gpa in eighth grade and mostly a’s all through my education so far.
The classes I’m taking in ninth grade are:
honors algebra 2
honors english
honors history
honors french 3
honors biology
honors chemistry
yoga

I know I need good extracurriculars so I think I’ll join a photography club, community service club of some sort, and maybe French club? I’ve never been good at sports so I don’t think I’ll make any teams, however I might go for indoor track/cross country. Is it a big disadvantage if I dont do a sport in high school when applying to colleges? Even though I’m not sportsy, I consider myself more artistic/musical so if I go in that direction would it make up for my lack of sport? Also, I’m aiming to get 300-400 service hours is that good enough or should I aim for 500-1000?
I was also wondering if it helps that I speak korean fluently? I can read it also, but not write well..
I heard it was a disadvantage when applying to top colleges and your asian…is this true?
Some hobbies I do outside of school like playing piano, will colleges even consider stuff like this or do they only like school clubs or something related to that?

Sorry these were a lot of questions, but I REALLY want to go to a good college (georgetown, nyu, columbia…etc)
Please answer thoroughly, thanks in advance!

Question by mikayla: what website can I go to so I can find pictures of step by step yoga?
I want to do some basic yoga poses to relax but every website I go to is the history of yoga or one picture of the pose which is good but it doesn’t show me how to get into the pose.If you could help me out that would be great.

Self-Awakening Yoga: The Expansion of Consciousness through the Body’s Own Wisdom

Self-Awakening Yoga: The Expansion of Consciousness through the Body’s Own Wisdom

Takes yoga back to its roots as a creative learning process and an expansion of consciousness, not just a technique for health and fitness

• Provides simple techniques that enhance the free flow of prana to promote physical and emotional healing, self-discovery, and spiritual evolution

• Includes over 100 exercises and meditations for a self-structured practice

• Teaches how to release the body’s inefficient, painful patterns and to access unknown potentials through kinesthetic inquiries

• Includes 60-minute audio CD-V of four guided meditation exercises

When artist and professor Don Stapleton discovered yoga, it marked the beginning of a journey into the awakening powers of prana–the energy of yogic purification–and the natural spiritual and healing properties of his own body. After 30 years of extensive yoga training, an accident left him with a severe injury to the spine. Faced with the challenge of physical recovery, Stapleton drew upon his knowledge of yoga to create a series of exercises that allowed him to recover freedom of movement, release emotional blockages, and unleash his spiritual and physical potential.

Self-Awakening Yoga is the synthesis of Stapleton’s practice. More than 100 exercises–from focusing on the breath to accessing primal sound–show how to unlock the wisdom and power of prana to engage the body’s healing powers. His simple exercises and meditations focus on natural movements that encourage body awareness. Readers learn how to listen to what the body is saying before engaging in any specific yoga postures. Self-Awakening Yoga takes yoga back to its roots as a creative learning process and an expansion of consciousness, not just a technique for health and fitness.

Weight Loss Ideas for an Endomorph?

I have recently discovered I am classified as an endomorph. Laa-dee-daa. Great! Here’s the deal: I am hovering around the 200 lb mark (I have thankfully dropped 30 pounds in the last few months), hike 3 miles twice a week, do the ab machine and tread mill for 20 minutes 2-3 times a week, running and walking, and do some yoga at least once a week. I unfortunately have a desk job, but have cut down on fast food, swapping it for salads and whole grains, don’t drink pop (only tea) and am battling a cigarette habit. My problem is that my weightloss efforts have stalled over the last month, I haven’t lost any more weight lately and am sick of working my butt off for nothing. My husband is supportive and there is a history of thyroid issues in my family (but my Dr. says I’m fine). Is it time to give up and accept my body for what it is? Or does someone have good ideas for amping up calorie burning for endomorphs?
