The founder of ‘All World Gayatri Pariwar’, Yugrishi Pd. Shriram Sharma Aacharya, explains the pragya Yoga. It has three parts : Gyan Yoga, Karma Yoga and Bhakti Yoga. To perform Gyan Yoga, we should start our day with a proper planing as we have got a new life today which is going to be ended with the end of the day. In karma yoga, we should perform ‘panchopachar’. He explains in this section, why do we offer sweets, water, flower etc. to the God ? Explaining Bhagti Yog he suggests to perform chanting of Gayatri Mantra for self-refinement, purification of environment and for the success of Thought Transformation Movement. Further he provides with some methods for Sanyam (restraint) or Tapa (perseverance).
